01The Problem

Access, dignity, and follow-through.

The project responded to the menstrual hygiene access gap in under-resourced schools in Delhi — a need that remains uneven across school contexts, and one that is rarely treated as urgent until someone follows through on it.

02The Journey

The process involved Rotary Club collaboration, a funding pitch, institutional approvals, and installation planning — coordinating between school administrators, Rotary leadership, and community service mentors to move the idea from intent to installation.

Rotary Club Leaders

Provided the institutional backing and funding pathway that turned the initiative from an idea into a deployable plan.

School Stakeholders

Worked through approvals and installation logistics on the ground, in the schools this initiative was built for.

Community Service Mentors

Guided the funding pitch and helped frame the welfare case clearly enough to secure support.

03The Build

Machine Installation

Sanitary pad machine deployment planning.

Funding Pitch

Making a welfare case specific enough to support.

Institutional Approvals

Working through school and community channels.
